Background

Jessica started life as a lawyer and practised in both private and public sector. In the late 1990s she was the project director for the establishment of Australia’s National Coroners Information System (NCIS). She then spent 17 years at Monash University working across a range of projects including the establishment of a medical school in Malaysia and campus redevelopments before heading up the management accounting and procurement teams during which time she qualified as a Certified Practising Accountant.

Jessica has worked as a Chief Financial Officer since 2019, most recently at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health (Forensicare) where she was also responsible for a range of corporate operations (the redevelopment PMO, infrastructure asset management, IT, procurement and business support services). Jessica has served as a non-executive Director on a range of Boards including veski, South-east Monash Legal Service (SMLS) and the Analytics Institute of Australia.
