Ella is passionate about redefining diversity and equity. Her focus is on actionable steps that drive continuous improvement and collaboration to ensure no one is left behind.
Ella began her career in 2006, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of women in mining, energy, and chemical sectors at the European Mine, Chemical and Energy Workers Federation (EMCEF). Since then, she has worked in Sweden, Germany, and Australia with leading behavioural experts, gaining a wealth of tools to transform organisational cultures successfully.
Ella enjoys working closely with boards, executives, and senior leaders to help them understand how a diversity and inclusion optimisation lens can dissect organisational processes into tangible steps. She summarises these insights into sustainable strategies, roadmaps, communication plans and other important for governance methods to drive meaningful and lasting change.
